I honestly don't know this guys work, because I never got past the inquiry. The website says to email for more information and I did. The response was some kind of patched together form letter that was incoherent and did not answer my questions... He had obviously not even read my short email.

Beware. Apparently this jerk (Pete Anthony) is DBA "Reel Film Production," "Master Computer Video" and "All Video & Audio Transfer Services."
The only reviews I found online were negative, complaining of exactly the same thing I ran into.
